I recently had some repair work done for some various items - the initial work met all the expectations that were set when I dropped off the car. A couple of weeks later I noticed a leak, and it turned out the part supplier had provided some faulty parts - the shop went above and beyond to be sure a new part was installed and I have not had any problems since - Great work!
I had my transmission rebuilt a month ago and could not be happier with the service and product I received. They explained every step of the process and showed me the parts they replaced when I picked up my car. Just went back for my recheck and everything is working great. Highly recommend this shop and will definitely go back for other automotive repairs as well.

Had to take my car in twice in the past month. Was extremely satisfied both times. Staff was very courteous, professional, and prompt. If I need service again I will certainly be back. Wish all auto shops were so professional.
I want to say that they are great. Jason really understood what we were going through and did everything to make sure we got the best deal. They are very understanding and have big hearts . thanks for all your help and support we will be going there for now on.
Had my transmission done on one car and when I brought another one in when it was running bad was immediately diagnosed (no charge!) and up and running that day! They really treated me with respect and walked me through the entire process and even showed me the parts they replaced in my transmission! Thanks!
We were one thousand miles from home when we discovered a squeaking noise coming from our engine. The car also kept stalling out. Frantic, we called East Charlotte AAMCO after finding them online. Boy, were we glad we did, because when we described the symptoms, they knew immediately what was wrong. They fit us in early the next morning, fixed everything beautifully, and we were back on the road. Everyone was so professional, skilled, helpful, and kind. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I first went here when I discovered I had several transmission issues, John was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in letting me understand my issues and how to repair them. John recommended getting the synchrony card and I would have up to 6 months no interest to pay. I truck has been fixed and works like a charm almost 3 years now, I have taken all our vehicles here since and has never had any issues in and out with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the waiting room, they have a drop box so you can leave your keys after hours. We usually get our state inspections done here as well. John knows his stuff and I have never felt rushed or short changed whenever we go here for any service or advice, very trustworthy repair shop, I’m always very confident anytime going here and the prices seem just about average but less than others, I’ve always recommended neighbors and friends to John. If you need professional work that will exceed your expectations without breaking the bank this is the spot. I have a 2007 Nissan frontier with over 300,000 miles and still running like a champ, a 2017 mustang GT and a 2014 Hyundai sonata, all still runs perfectly. I can go on and on but just go see or call John at AAMCO Albemarle Rd. The best around that I would trust. 100% recommended
They were nice and knowledgeable but very expensive..just to take a look at inside of my transmission was $895..smh
